Delivery times subjected to be longer due to COVID-19

Processing time: 1-3 business days.

• Standard: 2-10 business days
• USA:
• Standard: 5-20 business days

Shipping 
All orders are shipped through lettermail at Canada Post to reduce shipping costs, however shipping upgrades are available at additional cost which comes with tracking and insurance on lost packages.

Please note that I can't be held responsible for any mail losses and bending/damage that may occur during transit even though I've taken measures to prevent it.

I am not responsible for import, duties and customs fees.

Lost or Delayed Items 
Once shipped I'm no longer responsible for the package. I am not responsible for lost shipments or any delays that may occur. If purchasing via standard lettermail I am not obligated to replace and/or refund products due to lost mail. If purchased via parcel service(tracking) we will go through postal service insurance for reimbursement, which will take time to process.
